Alisha Crafton is the Founder and CEO of Crown Consulting Group and MultiplicityAI. For more than two decades, she has helped organizations navigate stalled growth, operational complexity, leadership misalignment, and revenue challenges. Her work spans enterprise technology, fintech, private equity-backed companies, and AI, where she has led revenue organizations, rebuilt go-to-market strategies, and guided companies through periods of significant transformation.

Known for combining strategic insight with disciplined execution, Alisha has built a career around identifying the root causes behind organizational challenges rather than treating surface-level symptoms. She helps executive teams create clarity, strengthen accountability, and build systems that produce sustainable, repeatable growth.

Her leadership philosophy was shaped long before her executive career. As a single mother raising three children, she overcame years of abuse, financial hardship, and significant personal adversity while building both a nonprofit and a successful career. Those experiences developed the resilience, perseverance, and steady leadership that continue to define her work today.

Today, that resilience is grounded in a deep faith in Jesus Christ and the restoration she has experienced alongside her husband, Derek. Her faith informs how she leads, teaches, and serves others, emphasizing transformation that begins at the root and produces lasting change.

That same philosophy led her to found MultiplicityAI, an Execution Intelligence platform designed to help organizations improve sales execution, coaching, and performance by turning conversation data into measurable business outcomes. She also founded Refiner's Fire, a ministry focused on equipping believers to hear God's voice with biblical discernment, spiritual maturity, and wisdom.

Alisha is the author of The Refiner's Fire: Purified for His Purpose and speaks nationally on leadership, organizational transformation, faith in the marketplace, resilience, identity, and intentional living.
